Overview
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the LemonTree Training Co. website, online training courses, and related services.
By creating an account, purchasing a course, accessing training materials, or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use this website or enroll in a course.
About LemonTree Training Co.
LemonTree Training Co. provides online alcohol server training for individuals, employees, managers, restaurants, bars, venues, and employers.
Our South Carolina alcohol server training program is approved for use in South Carolina. However, LemonTree Training Co. is not the state licensing authority. Any permit, license, or final regulatory decision is issued or controlled by the appropriate state agency, not by LemonTree Training Co.
Completion of our course may satisfy a training requirement, but it does not guarantee employment, licensing, permitting, or approval by any government agency.
Accounts & Access
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, monitoring all activity under your account, and making sure your name, email address, and other account details are correct.
You may not share your account login with another person. Each learner must complete the course using their own account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are used fraudulently, or are used in a way that compromises course integrity.
Course Purchases & Payment
Course prices are listed on the website and may change from time to time.
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase through our online checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment processor. LemonTree Training Co. does not store your full credit card details.
Employer & Bulk Purchases
Employers may purchase multiple course seats for their staff.
Seats may be assigned to individual learners through the account tools we provide. It is the employer’s responsibility to enter each learner’s correct name and email address.
Each seat is intended for one individual learner. Employers are responsible for ensuring that employees complete their own training and do not share accounts.
Employer accounts may include access to learner progress, completion reports, and certificate records for assigned learners.
Course Access & Completion
Courses are delivered online and are generally self-paced within the time limits posted on the course page or required by applicable rules.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have a compatible device, reliable internet connection, access to your email account, and the ability to view videos, complete quizzes, and submit required information.
To receive a course completion certificate, you must complete all required lessons, videos, quizzes, exams, attestations, and any other required course components.
Where required by state rules or course policies, identity verification, remote proctoring, video tracking, or other security measures may be used to confirm who is taking the course or exam.
Attempting to skip required training, bypass course controls, share answers, use another person’s account, or misrepresent your identity may result in suspension, failed completion, or loss of access without refund.
Certificates & Records
Upon successful completion of the course and any required exams, you will receive a digital certificate or proof of completion.
LemonTree Training Co. will report completion data directly to the State of South Carolina within 10 days of the learner’s completion date, as required.
LemonTree Training Co. will maintain training completion records for a period of 5 years from the learner’s completion date.
Employers who purchase training for their staff will be able to view completion reports and certificate information for their assigned learners.
It is the learner’s responsibility to make sure their name, email address, and account information are correct before completing the course and receiving a certificate.
Refunds
Because our courses are delivered online and access is granted immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not offered once a learner begins the course.
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis if you were charged in error, purchased the wrong course and did not begin it, experienced a technical issue on our end that prevented access to the course, or experienced another issue that LemonTree Training Co. determines warrants review.
Technical issues related to your personal device, browser, internet connection, email access, or failure to follow course instructions do not automatically qualify for a refund.
